PLAYER OF THE WEEK Lyric Grumblatt, Rivier (Gr., G/F) Graduate student Lyric Grumblatt displayed her legendary scoring ability this past week, averaging an insane 36 points a game in a 1-1 week for the Raiders. The Manchester, N.H. native started her week on a scoring tear, scoring a career-high 46 points on 60% from the floor in a road victory over Lasell, collecting seven boards and four steals in the process. She finished her week with a 26 point, 11 rebound double-double along with four steals in a close road contest to Johnson & Wales. Grumblatt remains the leading scorer in the conference at 26.4 points per game and 528 total points, both of which keep her third and second in the nation respectively. |

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Brianne Foley, Johnson & Wales (Fr., F) First-Year Guard Brianne Foley notched her ninth double-double of the season in a home victory over Rivier. The New Rochelle, N.Y. native recorded 19 points and 11 rebounds along with four steals on the defensive side of the ball to move the Wildcats to 7-1 in conference play. Foley's nine double-doubles on the season lead the conference and is amongst the top 40 in the nation at the DIII level. |
WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Caitlyn Scott, Albertus Magnus - Became the program's second all-time leading scorer during win over Elms, collecting 16 points as well as nine rebounds and four assists. Scored 20 points in win over Norwich and had four rebounds/assists apiece.
Marinique Reddin, Anna Maria - Averaged 21.5 points a game with seven rebounds, four assists, and two steals in a 1-1 week. Collected a 23 point, 12 rebound double-double in road win over Dean and followed up with 20 points, five assists, and three steals against Saint Joseph's (Maine).
Lia Krumian, Emmanuel - Helped Emmanuel to a 2-0 week, averaging 13 points, five rebounds per game, 3.5 assists, and 2.5 steals per game in 26.5 minutes. Had 15 points, five boards, and four steals on the road over Regis and followed up with 11 points and five rebounds at home vs. Dean.
Camryn Lewis, New England College - Averaged 11.5 points and 8.5 rebounds for the week for the 'Grims, shooting 52.6 percent from the floor with 8.5 rebounds in 14.5 minutes a game off the bench. Put up 13 points and eight rebounds in 17 minutes at home vs. Saint Joseph's (Maine) and followed up 10 points and nine rebounds in 12 minutes in a victory over Elms.
Haley Brewster, Norwich - Poured in a pair of double-digit performances in a 1-1 week for Norwich, first logging 19 points on a 42.1% clip with three treys in a blowout victory at Colby-Sawyer, along with five rebounds, two assists, and three steals. Added 20 points in a narrow home game to Albertus Magnus, firing on a 53.3% mark and 44.4% from beyond the arc, alongside seven boards.
Madi Zancan, Regis- Notched her sixth double-double of the season, leading the Pride with 24 points and 13 rebounds against Emmanuel. Also led Regis with 25 points, six rebounds to contribute to the 62-58 conference victory over Lasell.
Grace Ramsdell, Saint Joseph's (Maine) - Averaged 16 points per game with a shooting percentage of 50% from the floor and collected 5.5 rebounds per game with three assists per game. Had 14 points and seven boards in 22 minutes in win over NEC and followed up with 18 points and four rebounds/assists apiece in victory over Anna Maria.
Jordan Ouellette, University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) - Paced the Blue Jays during a 1-1 week, averaging 23.0 points and six rebounds per game while also etching her name into the USJ history book, becoming the all-time leading rebounder in program history. Started the week with 20 points and eight rebounds during a home win against Mitchell, shooting an incredible 81.8% from the field. She rounded out the week with 26 points and six rebounds during a non-conference game against Williams.
