RUNNER OF THE WEEK

Braeden Laframboise , University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) (Jr.)

Junior Braeden Laframboise once again improved his 8K time, posting a new record for the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.). He paced the Blue Jays at the Connecticut College Invitational, placing 126th in the Men’s Blue race with a time of 26:40.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Seth Varin, Norwich (So.)

Seth Varin took advantage of Norwich’s first home cross country meet in 24 years, helping the Cadets place first out of four teams. He completed the 8K course in 29:34, placing second overall and was one of only three-runners to record sub-30 times.


WEEKLY HONOR ROLL

Hayden Goyette, Colby-Sawyer - Led the way for Colby-Sawyer with an 8K time of 27:32 to place 54th at the Suffolk University Invitational.
