OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Jacob LaBouliere, Wentworth (Sr., OH)

Senior outside Jacob LaBouliere led No. 1 Wentworth to victories over three other nationally-ranked opponents this week with a 3.89 kills per set average and a .453 hitting percentage. He had double-digit kills in all three matches, starting with 11 kills in a sweep of No. 18 Marymount. He followed that up with 12 kills in a 3-1 victory over No. 6 Cal Lutheran. He wrapped up the week with 12 more finishes in a sweep of No. 16 UC Santa Cruz. In addition to his offensive prowess, LaBouliere also had eight blocks on the week.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Brandon Dunz, Wentworth (Gr., MH)

Graduate student Brandon Dunz was an imposing presence at the net for No. 1 Wentworth this week as it earned three victories against nationally-ranked opponents. He had 22 blocks in total, including two solo blocks in each contest. He blocking game got progressively stronger as the week went on, starting with five against No. 18 Marymount, followed by seven against No. 6 Cal Lutheran. He concluded the week with his highest block total, 10 in a sweep of No. 16 UC Santa Cruz. For the week, Dunz averaged 2.20 blocks per set.

SETTER OF THE WEEK

Josh Milke, Wentworth (Jr., S)

Junior setter Josh Milke ran the offense for No. 1 Wentworth as it took down three other nationally-ranked opponents this week. He averaged 10.20 assists per set. Milke opened the week with 24 assists in a 3-0 sweep of No. 18 Marymount. He then produced 43 helpers in a four-set win over No. 6 Cal Luteran. He concluded the week with his best per-set average, contributing 35 helpers to a 3-0 sweep of No. 16 UC Santa Cruz.
