2013-14 GNAC Commissioner’s Cup Winners AnnouncedMay 21, 2014BOSTON, Mass. – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the 2013-14 winners of the Commissioner’s Cup, an award given annually to the top performing Male and Female athletic programs. For the third consecutive year, Simmons College earns the Female honor while on the Men’s side, Johnson & Wales University claims a share of the crown for the seventh consecutive campaign.

Simmons Tops GNAC Women’s Tennis Pre-Season PollAugust 26, 2013BOSTON, Mass. – With five consecutive GNAC women’s tennis championships to its name, Simmons College was the favorite in the 2013 Pre-Season poll, recording 48 out of a possible 49 points with six of seven first place votes. Emerson College, who fell to the Sharks in the last two GNAC title matches, has left the GNAC to join the NEWMAC Conference while Emmanuel College dropped its women’s tennis program leaving things wide open for the rest of the conference.
