	MEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK  Joshua Unas, Regis (Mass.) (Sr., Santa Clarita, Calif.) Unas led Regis with the top time in three individual events during the Pride's dual meet victory over Colby-Sawyer Saturday. Unas finished first in the 50 breaststroke in 30.34 seconds and in the 100 breaststroke in 1:07.40, plus he posted the fastest time in the 100 individual medley at 59.92 seconds. He also swam the second leg of the 200 medley relay as the squad posted a total time of 1:46.79.
	WOMEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Kerry Fleming, Simmons (Sr., Northampton, Mass.) The senior won both individual events she entered and helped the Sharks win both relay events at Regis (Mass.) and vs. Colby-Sawyer College in a double-dual meet on January 12. Fleming showed her versatility by winning the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 25.97 and later touched the wall first in the 100-yard backstroke with a mark of 1:02.40. She opened the meet by swimming the lead backstroke in the squad's winning 200-yard medley relay, helping Simmons post a time of 1:57.83. Fleming swam the second leg of the team's win in the 200-yard freestyle relay to combine on a time of 1:45.21 to win by more than three seconds.
	MEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK  Brendan Pike, Regis (Mass.) (Fr., Weymouth, Mass.) Pike earned two individual event victories Saturday to help Regis cruise to a dual meet win over Colby-Sawyer. Pike posted a season-best time of 1:55.87 in the 200 freestyle and a time of 5:12.40 in the 500 freestyle, finishing first in both events.
	WOMEN'S ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Megan Duffy, Norwich (Fr., Shelton, Conn.) Duffy claimed first in the 800 meter freestyle in 10:08.58, the 100 meter backstroke in 1:22.79 and the 400 meter IM in 5:33.01 at Saturday's dual meet at Elms College. She also swam a leg on the winning 200 meter medley relay team as the Cadets topped the Blazers 126-117.

WEEK 8 HONOR ROLL

Austen Greene, Norwich (Jr., Herndon, Va.) Greene won the 50 meter backstroke in 29.57 at Saturday's dual meet at Elms College. In addition, Greene took first in the 50 meter freestyle in 26.48 and the 100 meter IM in 1:07.49 in the 202-54 win. He also swam a leg on the winning 200 meter medley relay team.

Julia Burke, Regis (Mass.) (Fr., North Andover, Mass.) Burke posted two season-best times for Regis during Saturday's double-dual meet against Colby-Sawyer and Simmons. In the 50 breaststroke, she finished in second place with a time of 34.54, the fastest time of the year for the Pride. She ended up just 3/10ths of a second behind the race winner and moved into 15th on the Regis top times list in the event. She posted a time of 1:15.43 in the 100 breaststroke, again the best time of the year by any Pride swimmer and 15th in the Regis top times list in that event.

Elisabeth McQuaid, Regis (Mass.) (Jr., Marlborough, Mass.) McQuaid picked up two of Regis's three overall event victories during Saturday's double-dual meet against Simmons and Colby-Sawyer, as she won both one-meter diving events. McQuaid picked up a win in the five-dive event with a score of 172.85, just 1/10th of a point ahead of Sara Manjikian of Simmons. In the six-dive event later in the meet, McQuaid compiled a score of 248.70 points, over 20 points in front of Manjikian.

Sarah Singleton, Simmons (Fr., Mission Hills, Calif.) The first year scored 15 points for the Sharks, including a win in the 100-yard individual medley with a time of 1:04.86 and added a second-place showing in the 200-yard freestyle with a mark of 2:03.79. The rookie also tacked on a fourth-place finish in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:05.94. She helped the Sharks win the 200-yard medley relay to open the meet, swimming the butterfly clip and contributing to a time of 1:57.83.
