TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Ryan Farr, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (Sr.) Saint Joseph’s (Maine) senior Ryan Farr had an impressive showing at the USM Open II to start off the new year. He earned a pair of first place finishes. Individually, he took the top spot in the 200m dash with a time of 22.86 and then was part of the Monk’s 4x400m relay team that set a new program record with 3:30.64.
	FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Andrew James, Saint Joseph’s (Maine) (Fr.) Saint Joseph’s (Maine) freshman Andrew James earned a third place finish in the shot put at the USM Open II. He marked a 11.84m (38’10.25”) to earn his top-three position.
	ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Younton Diamond Doe, Saint Joseph's (Maine) (Fr.) Saint Joseph’s (Maine) freshman Younton Diamond Doe started his 2024 with a first place finish in the 400m dash at the USM Open II. He clocked in at 53.64 and also ran a leg of the Monk’s 4x800m relay team, which placed third with a time of 8:48.

WEEKLY HONOR ROLL

Bryan Abreu, Regis - Posted a personal-best performance in the shot put at the USM Open II. Finished with top mark of 10.81m (35'5.75").

Harry Grayson, Regis - Finished third in the 55m hurdles finals with a time of 8.32, while also competing in the 200m dash and as part of the Pride's 4x400m relay team.
