GNAC Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week Report #3

RUNNER OF THE WEEK

Adriana Nadeau, Colby-Sawyer (So.)

Sophomore Adriana Nadeau was the first GNAC student-athlete to cross the finish line at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on Saturday (Sept. 16). She placed 129th overall in the 281-runner field with a 5K time of 20:40. Her time helped Colby-Sawyer ranked tops among GNAC teams in the event.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Joelle Moore, Norwich (Fr.)

Norwich freshman Joelle Moore placed 18th the Aldrich Invitational hosted by Middlebury this weekend. Her 27:19 time across the 6K course helped the Cadets finish second as a team in a field that included Middlebury, Vermont State Castleton, and Paul Smith’s College.


WEEKLY HONOR ROLL

Emma Krantz, Emmanuel - Won her first career individual title at the Elms Blazers XC Classic, running the 6K in 26:33 to win the event.

Kiara Cerruti, Lasell - Was Lasell's top finisher at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational, placing 148th with a 5K time of 21:05.
