TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Ashley Keleher, Colby-Sawyer (Sr.)

Senior Ashley Keleher started off her 2023-24 indoor track & field season with a strong performance at the Suffolk Relays for Colby-Sawyer. She placed first in the 400m dash with a time of 1:00.11, besting a field that included runners from all three NCAA Divisions. Her time ranks her 22nd on the NCAA Division III Indoor Qualifying List.

FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Emily Aho, Regis (Jr.)

Regis junior Emily Aho competed at the Suffolk Relays this weekend to open the indoor track & field season. She finished 14th overall and fourth among NCAA Division III competitors in the triple jump with a mark of 8.99m (29'6"). That mark ranks her in the top-150 on the NCAA Division III Indoor Qualifying List. Aho also competed in the long jump, producing a 4.40m (14'5.25") mark, which was a personal best.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Aleyo Amasa-Titus, Regis (Fr.)

Regis freshman Aleyo Amasa-Titus had an impressive showing in her first-ever collegiate indoor meet, setting two program records for the Pride. She competed at the Suffolk Relays on Saturday (Dec. 2), finishing the 300m dash in 43.50 to place 11th overall and fifth among NCAA Division III competition. The time set a new Regis record. She also anchored the Pride's 4x200m relay that finished in 1:53.57, another program record. She also finished 25th overall in the long jump with a mark of 4.7m (15'5") and ran the 60m dash in 8.44.
