Of Note:
Johnson & Wales earns the conference's automatic bid to the upcoming NCAA Tournament. The selection show will be broadcast on NCAA.com at 9:30 p.m. on Sunday.

The Wildcats got a quick 2-0 lead just 1:03 into the championship contest thanks to scores from Juliana Giello and Dani Lydecker

The Pride got on the board at the 19:47 mark on a Kerri Anselmo score, but JWU responded with a 4-0 run that featured goals from four-different players.

After Brooke Ross scored for Regis with 10:05 left in the half, Allison Pazienski tallied two of her game-high four goals to help the Wildcats would go into halftime with a 10-2 lead.

Lydecker – who equaled Pazienski with a game-high four goals – scored twice in the second half and Pazienski added another to put the game out of reach.

The Wildcats outshot the Pride, 40-11, including 25-4 in the first half. JWU won the groundball battle, 26-13, and forced Regis into 32 turnovers.
