PLAYER OF THE WEEK Kerri Anselmo, Regis (Mass.) (Jr., A - Natick, Mass.) Anselmo had 10 goals and nine assists for 19 points in a 3-0 GNAC week, helping Regis extend its winning streak to nine, the team's longest in five years. Last Monday at Emmanuel, she played a role in almost 80 percent of the team's offense with six goals and five assists for 11 total points, tying her career high in both goals and assists and setting a new personal best for points. All five of her assists came in the first half to help Regis establish its lead. Her fifth goal of the match with 17:15 remaining in the second half was also the 200th point of her career, the fourth player to accomplish that milestone at Regis. On Wednesday at Anna Maria, she hd three goals for her fourth hat trick of the season. On Saturday, she scored one goal and dished out three assists in Regis' overtime win at SJC. She assisted on the Pride's game-tying goal with 13:40 left in regulation as well as on the team's 10th goal of the match just over six minutes later. Anselmo now has 22 assists, just two away from the Pride's single season assist record and currently fifth in the GNAC. |

GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK Brittany McPherson, Regis (Mass.) (So., GK - Lynn, Mass.) McPherson helped her team win three more matches over the past week, posting a 6.58 goals against average and .524 save percentage. Monday at Emmanuel, she tied her career high with 13 saves while allowing just eight goals for a .619 save percentage. Eight of those saves came in the second half as she prevented the Saints from putting together a significant comeback. McPherson allowed just two goals at Anna Maria Wednesday, and then she made seven saves, including a couple of key saves late in the second half, as Regis defeated Saint Joseph's in overtime, 11-10. It was the first time McPherson had been in net for an overtime contest. |

WEEK 6 HONOR ROLL
Sarah Morin, Colby-Sawyer (So, F - Pelham, N.H.) - Morin led the Chargers with 11 points on 10 goals and an assist in a 2-1 week. Morin also led the team with nine draw controls and was second with 10 ground balls. She began the week with an impressive five goals, including the game-tying goal late in the second half, in an 11-10 comeback win at Fitchburg State. The sophomore then posted two goals and an assist in a tough 16-10 loss to Castleton. Morin ended the week with three goals in a 13-7 GNAC victory over Albertus Magnus.
Kylie Rice, Emmanuel (Mass.) (Jr, A - Bethlehem, Conn.) - Rice recorded 10 points on the week for Emmanuel on nine goals and one assist. The junior started the week with six points against Regis (5 G, 1A) to become the eighth player in EC history to record their 100th career point. Rice added three goals against SJM and a goal against JWU.
Morgan Choquet, Lasell (Jr., GK - Woonsocket, R.I.) - Posted a 2-0 record with an 8.50 goals against average, a 54.1 save percentage and 20 saves in a pair of GNAC victories for Lasell. She made 10 saves in a 23-11 conference win over Rivier, and 10 more saves in a 15-6 conference victory over Norwich.
Jordan McComb, Lasell (Sr., M - Cumberland, R.I.) - Recorded 13 points on 11 goals and two assists in a pair of GNAC victories for Lasell. She tallied six goals and one assist in a 23-11 conference win over Rivier, and added five goals and an assist in a 15-6 conference victory over Norwich. She also collected seven draw controls, five ground balls and four caused turnovers in the two wins.
