BALTIMORE, Md. – For the sixth time and the second consecutive year, Mount Ida College men's lacrosse coaches Andrew Fink and Anthony DiMaio have been selected as featured presenters at this year's US Lacrosse Convention.

The national event will take place this coming January in Baltimore, Md.

Fink and DiMaio will present the topic "Team Defense Playing ANgles and Throwing Quality Checks," a new talk that Fink, in his 13thseason as head coach of the Mustangs, developed.

The topic focuses on a way to play a faster and more efficient style of team defense.

Mount Ida was one of eight colleges to have coaches select to present topics, and one of just four D3 schools represented, joining national powerhouses Salisbury, Gettysburg and Stevenson.

This was the sixth time that the Mustangs have presented at a US Lacrosse Convention and the second consecutive time since 2012, after they were mainstays at the event for four consecutive years. Last year the staff premiered their "Defense With Your Hands" presentation.

If you would like a copy of the presentation, "Team Defense Playing Angles and Throwing Quality Checks", or any of the Mustang's coaching staff's previous presentations, e-mail Coach Fink ataefink@mountida.edu
