Men's Lacrosse Taken Down by Spartans

PAXTON, Mass: 11-3 was the final from Castleton Vermont with the Anna Maria Men's Lacrosse Team falling in non-conference action to Castleton University.

The Spartans were led by Tyler Crowningshield, Cameron Russell, and Jason Sedell as they both tallied team highs in goals scored with two. Wyatt Pickrell and Matteo Perantoni led the team in assists with both dishing out two.

The AMCATS had two players score in the contest, one being Eric Glover (Baldwinville, Mass.) who led the team with two goals. The second was Tim Harrington (Chicopee, Mass.) who found the back of the net once.

Goalies

Maxx Ingison was got the win putting him at an even 1-1 on the season. He only had to make 2 saves after allowing just one goal.

Paul Schwartz (Staten Island, NY) was tagged with the loss dropping him to 0-2 on the season. He was able to rack up 12 saves while allowing 11 goals.

The AMCATS will be back on the field this Saturday at home as they will play conference opponent Emmanuel. First faceoff is set for 1:00 PM.
