PLAYER OF THE WEEK Sarah Dullaghan, Emmanuel (Jr., F) Junior forward Sarah Dullaghan repeats as this weeks Player of the Week after keeping her scoring momentum going and putting up another six goals for the Saints on the week as they went 2-0 in conference play. On Tuesday (Oct. 22), she scored an impressive five goals, including the game winner in a 6-1 win over Saint Joseph's (Maine). Dullaghan continued her scoring streak by netting the decisive goal in a 1-0 win over Albertus Magnus on Saturday (Oct. 26). On the week she totaled 15 shots, seven of whcih were on goal. Sarah Dullaghan currently leads the GNAC in points (72), goals (32), shots (120), and shots on goal (70), and also tops Division III Women's Soccer in goals (32), points (72), and shots on goal per game (4.12). |

GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK Madison Corcoran, University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) (So., GK) Sophomore goalkeeper Madison Corcoran had an outstanding week for the Blue Jays, starting both games and not conceding a single goal as they went 1-0-1. On Tuesday (Oct. 22) against Mitchell, she recorded one save in 61:03 minutes of play, contributing to a shared shutout in a 4-0 victory. Corcoran's strongest performance came on Saturday (Oct. 26) in a 0-0 draw against Colby-Sawyer, where she made an impressive 10 saves to secure both the shutout and the tie. |

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Alexis Sherry, Regis (Fy., M) Rookie midfielder Alexis Sherry had her best game of the season, scoring two goals and providing an assist to help the Pride secure a 7-1 conference win over New England College on Saturday (Oct. 26). She kicked off her scoring in the 32nd minute and then assisted on the eventual game-winning goal in the 39th minute. Sherry capped off her impressive performance with another goal in the 77th minute, totaling five points for the week. The first-year player registered three shots, all of which were on target. |
WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Bridget O'Connell, Colby-Sawyer - Senior forward Bridget O'Connell had a standout week for the Chargers, scoring both of the team's goals as they went 1-0-1. In a 2-1 victory over Elms, she netted the game-winner with just three minutes remaining. O'Connell was a significant offensive presence this week, racking up a total of 20 shots, 12 being on target.
Gabriela Calidonio, Colby-Sawyer - Junior goalkeeper Gabriela Calidonio allowed just one goal in 180:00 minutes of play in a 1-0-1 week for the Chargers. She made five saves in a 2-1 win over Elms and followed that up by making two saves and recording a shutout in a 0-0 tie against the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.).
Haley Gaunt, Dean - Senior goalkeeper Haley Gaunt had an impressive week, making 27 saves while allowing only three goals over two games. Her best performance came in a narrow 1-0 loss to Norwich, where she recorded 20 saves. For the week, Gaunt posted a .900 save percentage and is currently tied for first in the GNAC with a .821 save percentage, while also sitting second in total saves (161).
Mackenzie Quick, Elms - The senior goalkeeper had a strong week, registering 15 saves while allowing just one goal. She made 11 saves in a 2-1 loss against Colby-Sawyer and followed that performance with four saves and a shutout in a 0-0 draw against Rivier.
Grace Sheehan, Johnson & Wales - Scored a pair of goals for JWU en route to two wins in conference play this past week, locking up the top seed in this year's GNAC tournament.
Camdyn LaMarre, Lasell - Junior midfielder Camdyn LaMarre had a great week, scoring three goals for six points across two games. She netted the game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory over Anna Maria and followed that up with two goals in a 5-0 win against Mitchell.
Harley Murphy, Norwich - Harley Murphy was fantastic for the Cadets this past week as she recorded three goals and two assists. She contributed to all of Norwich's goals in a 5-0 win over New England College where she had a hat trick and two assists. On the week she registered 13 shots, nine of which were on goal.
Gabby Gulino, University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) - Senior defender Gabby Gulino recorded a hat trick in the Blue Jays 4-0 win over Mitchell.
Cerys Balmer, Simmons - Graduate senior forward Cerys Balmer had a standout week for the Sharks, tallying two goals and one assist for a total of five points as they went 1-0-1. She scored the game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory over Regis and followed that up with a goal and the game-tying assist in a 2-2 draw against Anna Maria.
