PLAYER OF THE WEEK Bridget O'Connell, Colby-Sawyer (Sr., F) Senior forward Bridget O'Connell had an outstanding week for the Chargers, racking up 11 points across two games. She was involved in every one of the Chargers' goals. On Wednesday (Oct. 9), O'Connell delivered an impressive four goals and one assist in a 5-1 win over Rivier, which set her as the program's all time career leader in goals (47) and points (108). She followed that up on Saturday (Oct. 12) by scoring the game-tying goal in the 73rd minute to secure a 1-1 draw against Simmons. After week seven, O'Connell is ranked third in the GNAC in both goals (12) and points (27). |

GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK Madison Corcoran, University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) (Jr., GK) Blue Jays goalkeeper Madison Corcoran made 15 saves in 180:00 minutes of action as the Blue Jays went 1-1 on the week. On Wednesday (Oct. 9), the sophomore tallied nine saves while allowing only two goals against defending GNAC champions Johnson & Wales. She followed that up on Saturday (Oct. 12) with a shutout performance against Norwich, recording six saves. Corcoran finished the week with an impressive .882 save percentage. |

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Sienna Santiago, Regis (Fy., F) Rookie forward Sienna Santiago tallied seven points this week, contributing three goals and one assist as the Pride went 2-1-0 this past week. Santiago netted the game-winning goal in a 2-1 victory over Wentworth on Wednesday (Oct. 9). She followed up on Saturday (Oct. 12) with two goals and an assist in an 8-1 win over Anna Maria. The first-year forward fired off eight shots during the week, six of which were on target. |
WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Amy Stevens, Albertus Magnus - The Falcons’ goalkeeper allowed just one goal and made eight saves in 180 minutes of play this week as the team went 1-0-1. Stevens recorded four saves while conceding one in a 3-1 victory over Elms. She followed that performance with a shutout, posting four additional saves in a 0-0 draw against Rivier.
Carly McCrumb, Johnson & Wales - Senior goalkeeper Carly McCrumb had a stellar week, going 2-0 while keeping a clean sheet in 90 minutes of action. She recorded two shutouts, which included a decisive 1-0 victory over Lasell, where she made one crucial save to secure the win.
Elizabeth DaSilva, Lasell - The junior goalkeeper delivered a strong performance this week, recording eight saves while allowing just one goal in a tough 1-0 loss against defending GNAC champions Johnson & Wales. She then followed up with a solid outing, making one save and earning a shutout in a 2-0 victory over Norwich.
Alison Jerram, Regis - The rookie goalkeeper earned her first career collegiate start and win on Wednesday (Oct. 9) against Wentworth, helping the team to a 2-1 victory. Jerram played the entire 90 minutes in goal, making nine saves while conceding just one goal.
Payton Bridge, Regis - Graduate forward Payton Bridge earned her first career hat trick in a 8-1 win over Anna Maria.
Cerys Balmer, Simmons - Senior forward Cerys Balmer made a significant impact this week, scoring five goals in two games to help the Sharks achieve a 1-0-1 record. She netted four goals, including the game-winner, in a 5-2 victory over New England College. Balmer also contributed the lone goal in a 1-1 draw against Colby-Sawyer.
