TRACK ATHLETE/ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Ryan Bausch, Emmanuel (So.)

Emmanuel sophomore Ryan Bausch finished in second place in the 800 meters at the Branwen Smith-King Invitational at Tufts University after a time of 2:10.44.

FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Justin Thuotte, Regis (Jr.)

Junior Justin Thuotte cleared the high jump at 1.80 meters (8th), the triple jump at 12.77 meters (4th), and the long jump at 6.47 meters (5th) in the Branwen Smith-King Invitational. He also completed the weight throw with a personal mark of 10.78 meters.


WEEKLY HONOR ROLL

Matthew Gaudioso, Colby-Sawyer - Finished ninth in the long jump (4.96m) and 12th in the weighted throw (personal best - 9.11m). Competed in the shot-put and had another personal-best (9.48 m).

Jonathan Platti, Colby-Sawyer - Finished in third with a personal-best and school record 1:27.26 time in the 600 meter event.

Isaac Keresey, Saint Joseph's (Maine) - Placed fourth in the men's 800 meter dash in the Bates Invitational and Multi with a 1:59.57 (personal best) and was part of the 4x400 relay-winning team for the Monks (3:33.14).
