JWU Women's Volleyball Goes Unbeaten in GNAC Play for Second Straight Year

WINTHROP, Mass. – No. 11 nationally ranked Johnson & Wales University have run the table in league play for the second straight season, finishing at 12-0 to cement the top seed in next week's 2017 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Tournament, which gets underway with quarterfinal action on Tuesday evening, October 31.

JWU, the top-ranked team in the region, will host eighth-seeded Mount Ida College on Tuesday at 7:30 PM. Fifth-seeded Regis (Mass.) will travel to fourth-seeded Lasell College Tuesday at 6:30 PM, while third-seeded Rivier University will take on sixth-seeded Saint Joseph's College of Maine and second-seeded Simmons College will welcome seventh-seeded Suffolk University, both at 7:00 PM.
