PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Iker Rodriguez, Eastern Nazarene (So.)

Eastern Nazarene sophomore Iker Rodriguez was perfect this week, playing at No. 2 doubles and No. 5 singles. He didn’t drop a single game against Lesley, winning 8-0 in doubles and 6-0, 6-0 in singles. He then earned a 6-0, 6-0 win against Norwich in the GNAC Semifinals. He closed out the week with a victory against Division I Boston College. His 6-3, 6-7, 1-0 win was the only point ENC earned against the Eagles.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Leonardo Russo, Colby-Sawyer (Fy.)

First-year Leonardo Russo earned a victory at No. 3 doubles for Colby-Sawyer this week as they took down Vermont State Castleton, 9-0, on Wednesday (April 17). He won the match 8-4. Russo also competed in the GNAC Semifinals for the Chargers and had won the first set against The University of Saint Joseph (Conn.), 6-3, before the match was decided.
