PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Kader Price, Albertus Magnus (Sr., A)

Senior Kader Price started the season off strong for Albertus Magnus on Saturday (Feb. 24). The attack had himself an offensive display against Centenary (N.J.) as he went for six goals and two assists to collect eight points as well as causing a turnover in a blowout victory for the Falcons. Price shot 54.5 percent (6-for-11) on the field and had a shot-on-goal percentage of 72.7 percent (8-for-11).

GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK

Sawyer Gagnon, Rivier (Sr., GK)

Senior goalkeeper Sawyer Gagnon picked up the victory for Rivier in their non-conference matchup against Curry on Saturday (Feb. 24). Gagnon made 17 saves at the net while also scooping up four ground balls in the season opener for the Raiders.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Christian Rainis, Norwich (So.)

First-year Christian Rainis had a debut for Norwich this past week. In the season opener Wednesday (Feb. 21), he scored five goals and chipped in an assist for six points in a victory at Plattsburgh. On Friday (Feb. 23), Rainis chipped in two goals and an assist to collect three points in a conference-opener victory over Mitchell. He collected nine points on the week (seven goals, two assists).


WEEKLY HONOR ROLL

Landon Reyes, Lasell - Scored six goals and collected three assists for nine points on the week with a shot-on-goal percentage of 78.6 (11-for-14).

Chris Heitmiller, Rivier- Scored five goals, in which two of them were man-up goals, in a 12-7 victory over Curry.

Ryan Paltauf, University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) - Collected six points from two goals and four assists in a victory over Purchase.
