Tournament Format
The GNAC Women's Tennis Championship Tournament will feature the top four teams in the conference standings at the end of the regular season. All tournament matches are played to decision.
Seeding and Tiebreaking Criteria
Teams are seeded based on the regular season standings. Ties for seeding will be broken by the following sequential criteria:
- Number of conference wins
- Conference head-to-head results*
- Number of “points for” between tied teams
- Results vs. the highest-ranked conference teams
- Results within percentage of “points for”
- Coin Toss
Note: If more than two teams are tied, head-to-head will refer to the team’s combined conference record against all other teams involved in the tiebreaker
All-Tournament Team
Seven (7) individuals will be selected. Coaches will chose the players from their own team to be selected. The number of selections each team is allowed is as follows:
- Champion – 2 players
- Runner-up – 2 players
- Two other semifinalist – 1 player each
- Tournament Most Valuable Player – 1 player
