Team Size/Entries
There is not a maximum entries number that teams are limited to.
Scoring
There will be six (6) places scoring per event: 10-8-6-4-2-1.
Seeding

Preliminary heats will be seeded by rank order of performance with runners assigned randomly in each heat. In the event that any of the top two seeds in a preliminary race are scratched, the preliminary heats will be re-seeded.

Events including preliminary heats will advance heat winners and the next best times to the finals.
Timing/Officials
The host shall secure the timing company and officials (Mass. Track & Field Officials Association). The scoring should produce separate GNAC, NAC and NECC champion for both genders, as well as an Inter-Conference overall champion for both genders.
Awards
All-Conference Team
For both the women and the men, the top finisher in each GNAC Championship event will be named to the GNAC All-Conference Team (Adopted April 2018).
