The Chargers have earned a spot in the GNAC semifinals next week as the second seed in the north after winning a tie-breaking scenario with JWU and Regis. Colby-Sawyer will take on top seed Eastern Nazarene.

The Chargers took an important 2-1 lead after doubles play behind hard-fought victories at No. 1 and No. 3. Alex Wright and Julius Lowman combined for an 8-6 victory over Gianni Rodrigues and Alexander Rohana at the top spot, while Mike White and Matt Williamson dispatched Brandon Case and Robert Michalofsky 8-3 at No. 3. JWU's victory game in a tie-break at the No. 2 slot as Steven Heizler and Will Lyons outlasted Matt Burke and Erik Antonacci 8-7 (7-5).

Colby-Sawyer then took five of the six singles matches to secure the 7-2 victory.

At the top flight, Wright cruised to a 6-1, 6-1 victory. Burke and Antonacci also won their matches in straight sets at the fourth and fifth flights, respectively.

Lowman and Williamson need a third set, but each won their match to lift the Chargers to the win. Lowman won the first set 6-3 before Rodrigues evened the match with a 6-3 win of his own. Lowman then closed the match at No. 3 with a third-set victory by a 6-3 score. Williamson battled back after dropping his first set to Case in a tie-breaker. He rebounded with scores of 6-4 and 10-7 to win in the sixth slot.

The Wildcats picked up a point when Rohana downed White 7-5, 6-3 at the second flight.
