NEW LONDON, N.H. – February 19, 2019 – The Colby-Sawyer men's volleyball team hosted its first Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) match of its inaugural season Tuesday evening. Johnson & Wales came away victorious, 3-0, by scores of 25-14, 25-15, and 25-11.
Johnson & Wales improves to 10-3 overall and 2-0 in GNAC action. The Wildcats return to action with a trip to California on March 8. Colby-Sawyer goes to 5-3 overall and 0-2 in the conference. The Chargers will host GNAC foe Wentworth on Thursday at 7 p.m.
Junior Sanjae Holloway (East Hartford, Conn.) finished with 12 kills on .526 hitting to pace the Wildcats that hit .371 as a team. First-year Jack Pincince (South Kingstown, R.I.) added nine kills on .727 hitting. Senior Nick Bitetto (East Northport, N.Y.) collected eight digs, while first-year Ben Sandt (East Northport, N.Y.) contributed 15 assists.

Orlando Plagata (Los Angeles, Calif.). He had eight kills and eight digs. First-year
Eric Miller (La Grange, Ill.) added a couple of kills and four digs. First-year
AJ Gnieski (Needham, Mass.) registered 10 assists.
