WOMEN'S SWIMMING

SWIMMER OF THE WEEK

Sarah Wheeler   Saint Joseph (CT)    Sr    Winchendon Springs, MA
Wheeler was the anchor leg on the Blue Jays school-record setting 200 relay squad (1:49.90), Wheeler was also first in the 400 IM (5:06.31), 100 fly (1:06.66)  and the 200 IM (2:26.74).

 

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Jamie Wojtkiewicz    Saint Joseph's (ME)    Fr    Bedford, NH
Wojtkiewicz earned a victory with a 2:31.99 effort in the 200-IM and paced the Lady Monks with 17 points in a meet against the University of New England on January 13th. The freshman posted a second-place finish in the 500-Free (6:12.71) and swam a leg of the 400-Free Relay, which set a new program record with a 4:05.78 time.
