Player of the Week
Grace Fitzpatrick (Falmouth, Maine), Senior, Midfield, Norwich University
Fitzpatrick totaled 15 points on 13 goals and two assists in a 1-1 week for Norwich. She scored six goals and dished out an assist against Emmanuel on Tuesday, and followed that up with an even stronger seven goal, one assist performance in the Cadets' 18-4 win against Johnson & Wales. In addition, Fitzpatrick finished the week with team-highs in ground balls and caused turnovers with nine of each.
Goalie of the Week
Danielle Moran (San Diego, Calif.), Sophomore, Goalie, Rivier University
Moran played a key role in a 2-0 week for the Raiders. The San Diego, California native had 17 saves on with a 7.50 goals-against average. Moran leads the conference in save percentage.
Ashley Gleason (Suffield, Conn.), Sophomore, Midfield, Lasell College
Gleason played a key role for Lasell in a trio of games this week as she helped the Lasers to a pair of wins in GNAC play. The Suffield, Connecticut native finished the week with eight points, on seven goals and one assist while scooping up six ground balls and causing three turnovers. Gleason tallied four goals in a victory over Mount Ida and two more in a win against Albertus Magnus while also adding a goal and an assist in a non-league loss to Western New England.
