Emmanuel College Set to Host GNAC Women's Basketball Tournament Semifinals and Finals

Emmanuel College will host the 2009 Great Northeast Athletic Conference semifinal and championship rounds at the Jean Yawkey Center between Feb. 27-28. Emerson College, Norwich University, and Johnson & Wales University each advanced to the semifinals with a victory last evening to join the Saints. Top-seeded Emmanuel College and fourth-seeded Johnson & Wales University will square off at 5:30 p.m. on Friday night, while second-seeded Emerson College and third-seeded Norwich University will play at 7:30 p.m.

Friday’s semifinal winners will advance to the 2009 GNAC championship game, which will be played Saturday (2/28) at Emmanuel College, beginning at 3 p.m.
