Five GNAC Players Named To NFCA All-Northeast Region Softball Team

The GNAC had five players named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-Northeast Region Softball Team. Suffolk senior shortstop Jess Ferreria, the 2009 GNAC Player of the Year, Emerson freshmen pitcher Kelsey Tuthill, the 2009 GNAC Pitcher and Rookie of the Year, and Emerson junior outfielder Bridget Farago were all selected to the Northeast All-Region First-Team.

Saint Joseph’s (ME) sophomore third basemen Emily Leverone was named to the Northeast All-Region Second-Team and Emerson freshmen first basemen Kendal Peiguss was selected to the Northeast All-Region Third-Team.
