Men’s Tennis Tournament Set, Emerson Earns Top Seed

The 2009 GNAC Men’s Tennis pairings are now available. The Emerson College Lions earned the first with a perfect 4-0 GNAC record and 7-3 record overall. The Lions enter the tournament on a five game win streak.

The GNAC men’s tennis tournament is a four-team tournament with the semifinals taking place on Thursday, April 23rd. #1 Emerson will host #4 Johnson & Wales (1-3: 3-5) on Thursday at Winchester Lawn and Tennis Club at 4:30PM. #2 Suffolk (3-1; 7-3) will host #3 Norwich (2-2; 5-5) at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School at 6:30PM.

The championship will take place on Saturday, April 25th at the Weymouth Tennis Club at 6:30PM.
