The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) has sponsored a men's swimming & diving championship since 2016-17. The league conducted an invitational event since 2011-12. The GNAC championship was held in December (fall semester) until 2018-19 when it was moved into February (spring semester). The "championship year" reflects the semester the event was held.
