Great Northeast Athletic Conference Men's Lacrosse Report - Week 7

Player of the Week
Kyle Graham (Londonderry, N.H.), Sophomore, Midfield, Rivier University
Graham posted a 15 point week, from his midfield position, in 2 GNAC victories for the Rivier University Raiders, netting 8 goals and dishing out 7 assists. The Londonderry, New Hampshire native also went 61.6% on face-offs, winning 8 of the 13 draws he took and he collected 18 ground-balls. In a Wednesday contest vs. Daniel Webster College, Graham scored 4 times and had the helpers on 6 other Raider scores. On Saturday vs. Albertus Magnus, Graham again netted 4 goals while assisting on another, in a 12-7 win for the Raiders. 

Goalie of the Week.
Austin Lauzier (Bedford, N.H.), Junior, Goalie, Emmanuel College
Lauzier lifted the Saints to a pair of crucial GNAC victories this week to keep Emmanuel perfect in conference play. The junior came up huge against the defending GNAC champions, making nine saves and allowing just one goal in a 7-1 victory over Norwich University. Over the weekend, the goalie posted six saves in a 12-6 win over Becker College. On the week, Lauzier registered a .682 percentage and also registered six groundballs.

Rookie of the Week
Chris Baglivi (Mattituck, N.Y.), Freshman, Defense, Emmanuel College 
Baglivi helped Emmanuel post a pair of GNAC victories this week, starting both games on the Saints defensive front. The rookie power EC to an impressive defensive showing against the defending GNAC Champions, holding Norwich to just one goal in a 7-1 victory. On the week, the EC defense allowed just seven goals (3.5 goals allowed per game) and killed all 11 extra-men opportunities by opponent. Baglivi recorded nine groundballs on the week and caused seven turnovers for Emmanuel in the wins.
