      <description>North Kingstown, R.I. - The Johnson &amp; Wales University golf team captured the 2007 Great Northeast Athletic Conference Championship, hosted at the North Kingstown Golf Club.  This marks the second consecutive year the Wildcats have won the championship.  Rhode Island College's Derek Jensen took home medalist honors with a two round total of 146 (72-74) over the par 70 course that measures 6,161 yards.  Southern Maine's Greg Mitchell finished in second place with a score of 148 (77-71) while UMass Dartmouth was the runner up, shooting a 622 (307-315) over the two-day event.</description>
