Albertus Magnus' Ljuljdjuraj Named to D3hoops.com Men's All-America Second Team

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Senior Victor Ljuljdjuraj (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) of the Albertus Magnus men's basketball team has been named to the 2015 D3hoops.com All-America Second Team.

Last week, the senior earned a spot on the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division III All-America Second Team and became just one of three Albertus players in program history to earn the elite recognition.

The senior center was most recently chosen as a D3hoops.com All-Northeast Region First Team member and earned a spot on the West Roster for the2015 NABC Reese's Division III College All-Star game. In that contest, he was named the game's Most Valuable Player.

Ljuljdjuraj was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Player of the Year as well as the Defensive Player of the Year.  He also earned a spot on the GNAC All-Conference First Team and was named the GNAC Tournament Most Valuable Player.  He earned All-Tournament Team honors as well.

Ljuljdjuraj led the nation with 4.3 blocks per game this season and averaged a double-double with 18.7 points and 11.2 rebounds per game.  He also shot 56.2% from the field.
