Vachon led the Monks to their first ever GNAC mens basketball championship. In their nail-biting overtime win over Emmanuel, he went for eight points, seven rebounds and five assists, and was named tournament MVP. (Points 27     Rebounds 15     Assists 12)

Rookie of the Week

Javon Williams     Lasell     Fr     Mattapan, MA
Williams averaged 7 points, 11 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2 steals per GNAC tournament game for the Lasers. He had 9 points and 12 rebounds against Emmanuel, including 6 second chance offensive rebounds, adding 4 assists and a block. Against Norwich, Williams had five points, 10 rebounds, and 3 steals.
