Place shut-out the GNAC's best offense over eight scoreless innings of work in Saturday's 1-0 loss in 11 innings. The Concord, New Hampshire native allowed just five hits and walked two while also striking out two in his first GNAC start of the season.

Umberto helped lead JWU to a 3-1 week, hitting .357 with four runs and two RBI's. The Cranston, Rhode Island native went 2-for-4 in the Wildcats 1-0 victory over Norwich on Saturday.
