GNAC Coaches Conduct Basketball Clinic at Albertus Magnus

Basketball coaches from the Great Northeast Athletic Conference recently held a free basketball coaching clinic for the community on October 3rd at Albertus Magnus College. The GNAC Coaches spoke on topics such as running a practice, offensive and defensive drills, and sportsmanship. Participants ranged from youth basketball coaches to high school basketball coaches.

The GNAC coaches volunteering their time were: Mitch Oliver – Albertus Magnus, Rob Sanicolo – St. Joseph’s (Maine), Kelly Stubbs – Lasell, Kim Martin – St. Joseph (Conn.)

The clinic was a great success and coaches received many positive comments from the participants. The GNAC plans to continue these free coaching clinics in various sports.
